Frequently asked questions
What counts as an image audit?
Each image uploaded for analysis counts as one audit. Re-auditing a revised version of the same image counts as a separate audit. Batch uploads are counted per image.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the new pricing takes effect immediately and is pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Absolutely. Every Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card required to start.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is based on your audit volume, number of brands, and required integrations. Contact our sales team and we will tailor a plan to your needs within one business day.
What happens if I exceed my monthly audit limit?
You will receive a notification at 80% and 100% of your limit. On the Starter plan, additional audits are paused until the next cycle. On Pro, overage is billed at $0.05 per additional audit.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise plans and includes a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing.
